Founded by Goran Seletkovic, a current Windsor Towers resident and former Building Options Committee (BOC) and Council of Owners (COO) member, WSI is a self-funded entity dedicated to facilitating practical, sustainable enhancements for strata redevelopments.
Our Role: Provide external validation (e.g., investor interest, grant eligibility) to support projects like Windsor Towers—resolving timing hurdles (e.g., HoA before outreach) without adding workload to volunteer teams or partners like Generis.
Key Focus: No-risk models preserving owner benefits, such as bill reductions via self-consumption and fair allocations for 100% buy-in.
